Wholesale/Trade Discount Information

The following information applies to stock designated as available at "wholesale" rates. This does not apply to all of our carried merchandise.

Wholesale and trade pricing are offered on the listed minimums only.

You must provide the following information to be considered for Wholesale or Trade pricing:

• A copy of your Resale Certificate or Business License (a GOOD copy must be mailed to faxed to us)
• Original Application (by mail or you may now submit the online application)

Courtesy Discounts may be provided to Teachers, Educational Institutions, Museums, Historic Societies and Guilds upon approval. Documentation must be supplied and an application must be submitted. Documentation necessary may include:

• Copy of Current Membership Card
• Copy of class schedule and teaching certificate
• Copy of catalog

A courtesy discount of 10% for Guilds and 15% for teachers, educational institutions, museums and historic societies will be given upon approval, for all orders over $50.00 on certain stock items. Discounts do not applie to all merchandise lines, tax, handling fees, shipping or customized or personalized items.

A courtesy discount of 10% will also be given to wholesale customers who order in quantities less than minimum on applicable wholesale products.

The application and copy of resale certificate must be submitted prior to approval. Minimum first wholesale order is $200.00 or an account setup fee of $25.00 will be charged to the first order. Initial orders must be prepaid by check, money order, credit card or C.O.D.

C.O.D. orders must be paid by certified check or money order.

Unless otherwise specified, all wholesale orders will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground insured.

Express handling for wholesale orders guarantees that orders will ship the day the order is received by either UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day. Express orders must be received by phone or fax by 12:00pm EST. The fee for this service is $10.00 plus shipping and wholesale handling.

All wholesale and trade shipments will be invoiced at actual shipping plus insurance costs, plus a nominal 1% wholesale packing/handling fee.

Minimum Orders: Initial orders must total $200.00; future orders: $50.00.

If an order (other than Initial Order) does not meet the necessary minimum amount, a $10.00 handling fee will be added to the invoice.

Grannd Companies does not take responsibility for notifying the customer of COD amounts or confirmation of Faxed order receipt. We will as a courtesy, endeavor to provide this information via email if an address is provided by the customer.

Grannd Companies Can Not guarantee to accuracy of phone orders. Orders in written form via FAX, mail or online wholesale order form are preferred.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All shipments will be made at the current price FOB South River, New Jersey.

All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. If an order has been damaged, save the damaged items and shipping carton. Contact the local office of the appropriate carrier and request a damage inspection. Do not return damaged merchandise without authorization.

Returns will not be considered after 45 days from shipping date. Authorization must be obtained prior to return of any merchandise. Return packages received without authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.

Returns are not accepted for quantities of less than the minimum ordered or partial quantities. Returns are not accepted for cut yardage. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is damaged, marked or in any condition not suitable for reselling as "new" merchandise.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items being returned should be well packed and insured. Shipping costs may be reimbursed if merchandise is found to be defective by Grannd Companies , or in the case of a shipping error (not applicable for phone orders).

Company credit will be given for authorized returns. If a refund is desired, a nominal restocking fee of 10% of the cost of merchandise will be made with a $2.50 minimum.

Unauthorized returns will be charged a restocking fee of 20% or a minimum of $5.00 regardless of credit or refund being issued.
